Incident Response and Case management is an important aspect of maintaining control of your network. Poor team management and insecure communications will significantly degrade your ability to respond to threats quickly and efficiently. Furthermore, protecting case and incident information from disclosure or modification is critical to prosecuting a remediation or legal resolution. Incident management can help team to streamline case management processes.

Portable and Flexible
Even mobile devices can be used to access or gather case information.they can upload photos and documents depending on situation
Integration
Mobile IcM is a simplified version of web app helping team to respond and acknowledge faster, which is improving the efficiency.
Online Evaluation available
Different types of users's needs are addressed in this app to evaluate and deliver the incident postmortem to client and team members, IcM app help's team to establish a virtual, worldwide incident response capability and streamline incident management processes.
Approach
Before starting any design, we spent a great deal of time making sense of workflows and existing content. This involved a tonne of task analysis. We faced particular challenges to retain similar workflow as web application.
After in depth analysis we have chosen features that has to be there in mobile app and proceeded further for an amazing output.
Research
Before starting ideation we did an analysis of existing product. tried to understand the flaws and road blocks made a note of what has to be changed and made a flowcharts and simple sketches to understand and brainstorm.
I was working with a product manager to simplify the process and make it more usable
User Survey
Our user group consisted of Azure engineers, Product manager's, Project managers and all other higher management. every one had different responsibilities and hence they required different things from this app. So our first task was t understand each group's needs and responsibilities and prioritize them and make flow charts which will be in sync with the web app.
User reviews and wire framing
We created wireframes and shared it with users by uploading it in invision users recorded their comments in invision which helped us to understand the design better and considering the reviews we made required changes and made it more usable
